ABOUT YOUR
TATTOO

WHAT TO WEAR?

We recommend wearing something comfy, you’ll be lying or sitting in weird positions for a while.

Please make sure we can easily reach the spot you’re getting tattooed (shorts, tank tops, etc.).

It’s rare, but ink or ointment might get on your clothes, so dark stuff you don’t mind messing up a little is your best bet.

WHAT TO BRING?

We offer Water, Coca Cola, Coffee and little Snacks. But if your session runs long you might want to bring your own food or favorite drink.

Bring your ID (you gotta be 18+)

We don’t have a card terminal, but you can do a quick bank transfer, paypal or cash, you can also ask what your Artist prefers.

WANT TO BRING A FRIEND?

Always welcome! just give us a heads up if youre planning to bring your whole family.

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

We always ask before working on more sensitive areas, and we’re happy to make adjustments. Kabale is an open studio, but that doesn’t mean you’re on display. If anything ever feels uncomfortable, let us know anytime.

Need more privacy? We got you. We can set up a separate room with room deviders and a calm vibe just for you. No stress, no judgment. Just your space, your pace.

NOISE

Most Artists use very silent machines, but some don't. If you're sensitive to that, please ask which machines they're using. Earplugs or headphones are a smart move in that case.

PAIN

Getting tattooed isn’t a spa day, but you can make it easier on yourself:

If you need a break, it's not a problem to stop the session any time.

Pain’s part of the deal and it can help to imagine it worse. It’s rarely as bad as you imagine.

Sleep well the night before. Your body heals and handles stress way better when you're well rested.

Eat a solid meal. Low blood sugar = higher pain sensitivity = not fun.

Stay hydrated. Water helps with circulation and focus.

Don’t drink alcohol or take painkillers before. They mess with your blood and make things worse.

Breathe. Deep, steady breaths help calm your nervous system. Long exhale = chill mode.

Distract yourself. Podcasts, music, or fidget toys work. Scrolling your phone? Also fine.
